Slack integrates with Google Docs so we can share files easily.

A potential problem is that it may be difficult to find conversations when there are a lot of different channels and private messages.

2. Document sharing= Confluence

Atlassian Confluence allows us to share all the documents . It also allows all the team to edit ,create , spreadsheet, images and presentation. The most important point is it team members can pin the shared files. In addition to this team mates can add a comment on the shared files also can edit it by using the Confluence dashboard.

In the confluence there are some best practice templates that can be used for immediateing the issue in the business world.

3. Version Control= Github

Git hub is a version control software and repository to hold GitHub projects. it also maintain all the history of the changes done during coding. Team mates can easily review the private code available in a private cloud with GitHub enterprises.

It provides a high visibility so that ,all of us can easily see the new code ,edited code and also the deleted code easily in this. As well as , through the code review tools all the team mates can implement the code review before doing all the code changes

4. Prototyping= Figma

Figma is a cloud based and on premise platform that allow to share all the prototype with the members of the team. All kind of custom web design can be made with the help of figma. Figma builds off what other similar solutions offer in providing a very simple, easy-to-use interface .

Figma does what a lot of other tools don’t do: It factors in the importance of content within design.

5. Time Tracking= Asana

Asana is a collaboration and work management platform that help track and organize work and connect employees. Teammates can communicates easily by task comments, project conversations, and status updates.

All the teammates can easily see the project view,, board view , calendar view list view and the timeline view. It also helps to improve quality , efficiency and satisfaction.

6. project management = Wrike

Wrike is a best project management software because it is a user friendly navigation and flexible project view. Wrike gives bird’s eye view of our project to get a better feel of the progress of all of our efforts.

It is also the powerful reporting and analytical tools which help all of us to generate accurate reports with actionable insights.

7. Code testing= Mochajs

Mocha is a JavaScript test framework that runs on node.js and it is very simple and fun testing. Mocha tests run serially, allowing for flexible and accurate reporting, while mapping uncaught exceptions to the correct test cases . Hosted on GitHub. Al types of testing can be easily done in it.
